IKS-Energo to build 1 bln rbl biofuel plant in Leningrad Region

ST. PETERSBURG, Feb 15 (PRIME) -- IKS-Energo plans to construct a 1 billion ruble plant to produce fuel pellets in Russia’s western Leningrad Region, the regional government said on Thursday.

The facility will have a capacity of 60,000 tonnes annually. It is to be commissioned until the end of 2019 and pay off in five years.
